Do you offer all lines of insurance?
Not all lines... but most.  InsuranceTrak is as close to a one-stop-shop for insurance as you can get.  Everything from personal lines to commercial lines and life insurance.  Personal lines including but not limited to auto and home and commercial lines including all business insurances.  The only thing we don't do is health insurance (for humans at least... you can get health and life insurance for your horse with us)!


What is an independent insurance agency?
An independent insurance agency has the freedom to work with multiple carriers for multiple lines of insurance.  Instead of being bound to one product like companies you constantly see on TV, an independent agent can shop multiple carriers and give their customers more options.  


Why did I not get an instant quote from your comparative rater?
The comparative rater we have is a great tool to help you shop your insurances with multiple carriers.  Sometimes the information you provide might be missing some essentials the rater would need for it's quotes.  You also might get only one or two quotes while there are still other carriers that received your information but need clarification on something to provide an actual quote.

That is where WE come in.  We'll make sure all carriers get the information needed to quote and see if there are any additional discounts or coverages the rater missed so you get the best quote possible.


Who do I contact for any service questions?
There are different ways you can request service from us.  Feel free to call us anytime at 585-282-0934 or visit our contact us page.  From the service center you can submit any number of service requests directly to us with an easy to use contact form.  


What if I have an urgent claim?
Claims happen and when they do urgent action must be taken.  When you initially become a client of InsuranceTrak we'll send you vital information that includes claims contact info.  We strongly recommend you save this information as it may serve very useful in the case of an unfortunate claim.  Some clients will have an online user ID where they can access their policy info and claims reporting procedures and contact numbers.  

Most all claims centers for carriers we work with are open 24/7.  If you have misplaced your carriers claims department contact info or can not access your online account with us please don't hesitate to call us directly ANYTIME as we can easily help you 24/7.


Do you have a mobile app?
Yes we do!  Simply visit our website on your smartphone and you'll see our nicely designed mobile app.

From the mobile app you can easily get the information you need without having to navigate our entire website from your phone.  


How do I make a payment directly to my insurance carrier?
We've provided an easy to use central location for most of our carriers contact information on our carrier contact page.

From here you can click to visit your carrier's website and make a payment.  Don't see your carrier?  No problem just give us a call or send us a message and we'll get the appropriate information right over to you.
